My friend, Mitzi, offered a rescue kitty, found alongside a road, abandoned like people do in this throwaway world of ours. Did we want her?
So the day after Xmas, young Stormy arrived - aptly named as her delivery vehicle scooted just in front of an ice storm bearing down on us.
Stormy is a mover and groover, of the no moss on rolling stone variety. She likes soft, fleecy toys, not hard plastic. I tied two puffballs on the end of one of those toy casting rods. This morning I've been kitty trolling for coming nearly two hours.
She's systematically cleaned off whatever was on the end table, climbed at least one curtain... and discovered the birds.
Yes, I understand the rules...
Curtains are forfeit.
